when I receive a dm about wanting to trade, I will go through your acc and check your info and proofs before getting back to you as I want to make sure you're a reliable person to trade with 💞. if you have less than 10/15 proofs I will ask for you to send first.
I will ask you to send video proof of the photocard and I will do the same.
I like to send out on the same day but I also set shipping dates sometimes when I have a lot of things to send out like group orders or I have work/class, but I'll let you know my availability, you can tell me yours, and we can figure something out. if something comes up on the day we planned to ship out please let me know and we can change the send out date !!
I will send a picture of the packaging (photocards are always sent in a sleeve inside a top loader. I always tape the open part of the toplader with washi tape to prevent the pc from falling out. it is than placed in a card and secured safely with washi tape and placed into an envelope where I secured it with tape as well.) and ask for you to confirm the address.
I am not responsible for lost mail as I have no control over it after its off my hands, same for damages made by the mail carrier. I will tell you beforehand if an item of mines is damaged or it'll be stated in the trade post btw.
